Preparations: Wash your face with warm water before shaving, preferably after showering.
Apply pre-shaving: Pre-shaving can act as a lubricant to ensure a smooth shave and avoid scratching your face.
Shaving cream: Try not to use shaving cream packaged in aerosol cans.
Brush: Apply a shaving cream in a circular motion, then use an upwards method to lift the beard and leave the face.
Shaving process: From the top of the face to the bottom, from your ear to your mouth. Use a vertical blade to gently scrape.
Speed: Keep as slow and even as possible while shaving.
Rinse the blade: Remove the beard between blades after each or two strokes.
Keep skin tight: massage the skin to keep skin tight.
Wash your face: Rinse your face with cold water at the end of the shave and gently dry it with a towel.
Moisturizing lotion: Apply a moisturizing lotion after shaving. Emulsions can replenish the skin's lost moisture and reduce irritation.
